The number one side effect of sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) is significant allergy relief and reduced dependence on antihistamines and nasal sprays.

Sublingual immunotherapy is effective for 85% of patients. It requires placing a small amount of allergen extract under the tongue. Yes! Our doctors have worked with many children because under-the-tongue therapy is often easier for children than allergy shots. Plus, parents appreciate the convenience of home-based therapy. Sublingual immunotherapy can be used safely for children 5 years and up.

People with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) or mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) are contraindicated for Wyndly treatment.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please discuss allergy immunotherapy with your doctor, too. You can always start immunotherapy, though.
