There are several steps involved in sending an at-home allergy test, getting it back to our lab, and creating your personalized allergy treatment plan.

Here’s how long each step typically takes:

1. Medical processing your order: Up to 3 business days.
2. Shipping your at-home allergy test to you: 2-4 days.
3. Taking your allergy test: Just 10 minutes!
4. Returning your allergy test to the lab: 2 business days.
5. Processing your allergy test: Up to 6 business days.
6. Doctor review: 2 business days.

After that, you’ll get an email or text message asking you to verify your shipping and payment information. Then, you’ll receive a scheduling link to see your doctor!

In general, it takes the pharmacy 6 business days to create your sublingual immunotherapy package. Then, they mail it to you with 2-day shipping!

For best results, complete and return your test within 14 days of receiving it. Follow the steps below to return your completed test:

1. Let the collection card dry for at least 10 minutes.
2. Once the card is dry, place it inside the specimen bag. Tip: Double-check that you’ve written your name, date of birth, and phone number on the back of your collection card.
3. Place the specimen bag back into the Wyndly box to protect it.
4. Apply the prepaid return label to the included mailer bag before placing the test box inside the mailer and sealing it.
5. Place the package in your mailbox or scan the return label to schedule a pick up to return your sample to our labs.
