How do you relieve sinus pressure? I'm Dr. Manan Shah. I'm an ENT with Wyndly, and sinus pressure happens when the inside linings of your sinus cavities, which are in your face, get your irritated or inflamed. The easiest way to relieve it at home is to try some over the counter things like Sudafed.
Or topical nasal steroids like Flonase and Nasonex, or use a saline rinse to help wash the irritants out. If this goes on for greater than 10 days or having symptoms of fever or purulence, or just really getting sick, it's always worth checking in with your physician.
