What is allergic rhinitis? I'm Dr. Manan Shah with Wyndly Health. Allergic rhinitis is the medical term for inflammation that happens inside your nose, from allergens like dust, dander, or pollen. The best way to treat this is to try to avoid it if you can. So if it's a pet, stay away. Or the second way is using over the counter allergy medications like anti-histamines or nasal saline rinses, or topical nasal steroids.

And the last way is to train your immune system, using immunotherapy to stop reacting. If you'd like to learn more and subscribe.
